Safety firstNurses assembled 80 first aid kits for donation to the House of Ruth, a local shelter for battered women and their children. Thirty kits will stay at the emergency shelter and 50 kits will go to families transitioning out of the shelter. First aid kits were identified by the House of Ruth as a need they have not been able to fill. The hospital’s pharmacy and materials management assisted in gathering the supplies to fill the kits. |
