William Krimsky, M.D., Interventional Pulmonologist, Director, The Center for Interventional Pulmonology at Franklin Square
Dr. William S. Krimsky is board certified in internal medicine and in pulmonary and critical care medicine. As director of The Center for Interventional Pulmonology, Dr. Krimsky is an integral member of the multidisciplinary team at The Thoracic Cancer Center at Franklin Square and lead investigator for a number of national clinical trials.
He is trained to perform a broad spectrum of procedures and is among the nation's most experienced practitioners of advanced interventions in airway and pleural space, including autofluorescence bronchoscopy, endoscopic endobronchial ultrasound, and superDimension™ bronchoscopy.

Saiyad Sarkar, M.D., Interventional Pulmonologist
Dr. Saiyad A. Sarkar is board certified in internal medicine and in pulmonary and critical care medicine. He is the director of the fellowship program in interventional pulmonology at Franklin Square Hospital Center. Dr. Sarkar completed his fellowship in interventional pulmonology at Franklin Square Hospital Center and was a visiting fellow at the Thoracic Endoscopy Unit, Hospital of St. Marguerite, Marseille, France in 2008. In 2007, he completed a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the University of Maryland. Prior to that, he was chief medical resident at Union Memorial Hospital.
