Please join us for Cancer Survivors Day - Surviving into the Future on Sunday, September 12, 2010 from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the Crawford Conference Center at Franklin Square. The day will feature a guest speaker, commemorative activities, a souvenir photo, and time to share with family and friends. Registration begins at 2:30 p.m. Program begins at 2:45 p.m. Please join us for refreshments following the program. Please register below. Deadline is Friday, September 3, 2010.
