Franklin Square Receives Breast-feeding-Friendly Workplace Award 09/21/2009

September 7, 2009 (Baltimore, MD)—August 2009 is “Breastfeeding Month” in Maryland, proclaimed by Governor Martin O’Malley. Franklin Square Hospital Center was recognized with eight other employers across the state whose programs and policies support new mothers to continue breastfeeding their babies after they return to work with a “Breast-feeding-Friendly Workplace Award.” This is just one demonstration of the commitment Franklin Square makes to the well-being of our associates and their families.
