 We are pleased to officially welcome Samuel E. Moskowitz, president of MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center. Moskowitz, a graduate of the University of Iowa and Governors State University, began his career in the Baltimore area as an administrative resident and administrator of medicine at the Veterans Administration Medical Center. He then went to the University of Maryland Medical System where he served for six years in progressive leadership roles and joined Mercy Health Services in 1993, where he held several positions on the leadership team, including chief operating officer since 2008.
